If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate.
Specially made items such as Topdecks, Custom items and Polo Vests are non refundable unless faulty.
All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, again please contact us by email or telephone giving details of the fault and then send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, and your receipt. We will exchange the item or refund the full value. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery.
The cost of returning items to Splash Watersports Ltd must be covered by the customer unless the goods were sent in error, or arrived in a faulty condition. Splash Watersports Ltd will only refund the postage charges for goods sent in error or for faulty goods that are not used.
The goods should be returned by UK post first class recorded delivery. The maximum refund given for postage fees is £10. All returns must be authorized in advance.
To arrange a return please contact us. If you have a European or Rest of the World order that was sent in error, or arrived in a faulty condition please contact us immediately. We will arrange a collection for your goods ourselves.
If you would like to return an item to change its size or colour then additional postage fees will be charged at UK postage rates, please ask for a quote.
