We try to dispatched goods the same day, they are sent via a number of couriers depending on when we receive your order. This means goods may be left in your secure place or with a neighbour. All items will have a tracking number and we suggest downloading the relavant App to get real-time tracking information by entering your parcel’s tracking code into the smartphone app. On some items we may require a signture and most if not all courier services will take a photo of the parcel being delivered to you or your safe palce
Royal Mail: If you are not in when the parcel arrives and they can not post the item , they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Delivery takes 1-3 days.
Alternative Courier : If you are not in when the parcel arrives and you have no secure place they may leave the parcel in a secure location otherwise they will keep the item for 5 days and may try to deliver the item on an alternative day . After 5 days the parcel then returns to us. Delivery takes 2-3 days.
Once the couriers have collect the parcel from our location, we have no control over the time it takes to reach you. All our products are tracked and therfore we may be able to assit in the parcels location.

Return or exchange an item – our 100% money back guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
